You would be sharing with Grace (25) a working professional. Grace is genuinely an amazing housemate: clean, considerate, friendly and very easy to live with. She’s always up for a trip to the pub or equally happy enjoying a quiet night in.
I’m sadly moving out to move in with my partner, but I’ve absolutely loved living here with Grace, so I’m hoping to find someone lovely who will enjoy the flat just as much as I have!

The flat is in a fantastic riverside location, with beautiful views across the city and towards Tower Bridge.

It’s really well connected, with Canada Water, Rotherhithe Overground, Surrey Quays and Bermondsey all within approximately 5–15 minutes’ walk.

There’s plenty to enjoy right on your doorstep:
• borough market is walking distance as is Tower Bridge.
• Southwark Park nearby.
• Plenty of lovely cafés, restaurants, pubs and bars within walking distance.
• A large Tesco and Lidl both within a 10-minute walk.

Despite being so close to everything, the flat itself is lovely and peaceful, tucked away from busy roads.

All in all, it’s a fantastic flat (if I do say so)
