We're looking for a friendly new flatmate to join our lovely home in a great location.

The house is just a 5-minute walk from Bermondsey Station (Jubilee line), around 10 minutes from Rotherhithe (Windrush line), Canada Water and Surrey Quays with plenty of buses that get you into Central London in around 20 minutes.

3-minute walk to Southwark Park with tennis courts, and gym. There are also several great local coffee shops nearby.

The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Upstairs a bathroom with both a bath and shower. Downstairs there's a spacious living room, a balcony, kitchen, and a second bathroom.

This has been a happy home for many years. A couple who lived here for almost 10 years are moving on, so we're looking for someone who'll enjoy the house as much as they did. I've lived here for the past 3 years and want to find someone who's a great fit so we can keep the relaxed, friendly atmosphere going.

A little about us: I work full-time while studying for a Master's at LSE, and my flatmate recently graduated from Oxford. We're both easy-going, keep busy with work, studies and our own hobbies, but always enjoy having a good chat around the house.

We're looking for someone who's friendly, tidy, respectful and enjoys living in a relaxed, welcoming home.
