For rent here I have a small single in my home. Although the room is small there is much communal space allowing for privacy throughout the day. A large kitchen space and large living area keep the living space well connected and open.
Due to the size of the bed I wouldn't recommend anyone over 5'10 for the room as I just dont think it would be comfortable.
She is in a state of renovation and changes will be made over the coming months/years as I progress with her improvements so do keep this is mind that we may be changing things around in the near future. But the room shall remain the same if desired.
Im situated in a great area with easy travel links, take outs and restaurants.
10 minutes to the overground and 15 to the tube.
Rent is inclusive of ALL BILLS.
