The room has become available because my existing flatmate has finished his studies at Kings and is returning home. The room is quiet and is ideal for a mature student or a professional with a desk, fast broadband and printing facilities. The shared living room has a 55" TV with Netflix, Sky Sports, TNT Sports, Amazon Prime etc. The kitchen has all the mod cons - washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, miocrwave, induction hob. There is a large, south facing balcony. My cleaners come every fortnight and clean the whole flat along with changing and washing the bed linen.
There are excellent transport links to the City, West End and beyond - Bermondsey station (5 mins), London Bridge (10 mins) and 24 hour bus services (47, 188 , 381 and C10).
The river is 1 min away and there are several parks nearby,
My last 4 tenants have been post grad students, but other applicants would be considered.
I am retired after a career in IT. I have a secular outlook and I suppose I am a bit "old school" but easy going and young at heart.
