1 large double available in spacious ground floor flat with 1 existing housemate (other room to be let soon). All bills included in monthly rent. Short term lets (<6 months) and couples will be charged an additional 5%.

Existing housemate is 22 year old female who works from home 2 days of the week and is in the office for the rest. She is extremely sociable and looking forward to becoming friends with whoever moves in, but also very respectful of others privacy (we have lived together the last 18 months however I am moving out to move in with a partner!). She will be in attendance for flat viewings so you have a chance to meet as it's important to us both that you'll get along.

Flat consists of 2 large bathrooms (shower in both and bath in one), a large open plan kitchen / dinning / living room, pantry, 3 bedrooms and large patio garden.

There is a combined washing machine / tumble dryer and dishwasher in the flat and bike room affixed to the building. Flat is fully furnished and stocked with plates / cutlery / kitchen ware etc. On street parking possible and visible from kitchen window.

Bedrooms for rent consists of a wardrobe, chest of drawers, double/king size bed and bedside tables. Rooms can fit a large desk and chair.
