We’ve recently moved into a large 4-floor townhouse new build in a private gated development in Woodland Crescent (SE16), and we’re looking for one more person to join our home.
Move-in date: anytime before 3rd January.

The room available is the entire top floor, genuinely one of the best rooms in the house.

We’re three friends in our 20s — chill, social, respectful, and pretty easygoing. Everyone works 9-5 full-time, and we keep the place clean and comfortable.

We like:
• cooking proper meals
• having friends over for dinner
• music, gym, films, exploring London
• being social but not chaotic

We’d love someone who enjoys the occasional hangout, but equally respects everyone’s space. It’s a grown, calm, friendly house, not a silent monastery😩, but not a messy party house.💀

No preference on gender — just be respectful, we’re a very open, liberal household, LGBTQ+ friendly and chilled vibes, clean, and easy to live with.

£1,400 rent + bills (around £100 ish)
≈ £1,500 all-in per month. I sort out all the bills so it's hassle free for everyone else 😌
