🏠 This is a bright and spacious double bedroom in this fantastic shared house in a prime location right next to the Thames with a view of Tower Bridge from the available room and the lounge. I’m only leaving this amazing spacious house and wonderful flatmates as I’m getting married soon and will be living with my partner.

**The Property - 4 Bed House + boxing room**
👨‍🍳 This amazing property has a fully equipped kitchen-diner and separate living room with doors opening onto the balcony. It has plenty of storage space in the kitchen and there’s also a shared boxing room where you can store some extra stuff if needed. It also has a garden and a private drive with a parking space that the other tenants are not using at the moment so it can still be used if you have a car.

**Location – Bermondsey**
📍Just a 5 minutes’ walk from Bermondsey Tube Station that runs the Jubilee line and the green space of Southwark Park is only a short walk away. 🌲
Bus options: 381, 47, 188, C10, plus night buses N199 & N381
Overground: The Rotherhithe station is a 10 minutes’ walk away.

**House Details**
📺 This place has been kitted out with everything you need to make it the perfect home. There are comfy sofas and a flatscreen TV, a dining area for you to enjoy a home-cooked meal, plus a washer, dryer and dishwasher! 🍷🍹

**The Room**
🛋️The room comes with a double bed, mattress and a build in wardrobe (shown on the pictures). Al the other furniture is mine I’m afraid and I will be taking it with me. This includes the curtains and curtain rails as well. I will consider leaving the curtain rails for £25 (bought them new 3 years ago for £50 and had them professionally installed) 🛏 The house is split over 3 floors and this room is on the top floor at the front of the house. There are 2 full bathrooms and you'll only be sharing the bathroom on the top floor (as shown on the pictures) with one other housemate.

**The Costs**
💸The price of the room is £725 at the moment but the landlord might increase this to £775 when a new tenant joins the property. I’m waiting on their conformation for this. The bills are shared and paid together as a household. The current total amount of bills is £146.95 which can fluctuate slightly with seasons and inflation. A deposit of £650 is required before you move in.

**The housemates**
This is an all-female household 💃 with 3 other girls that are all 30+ and work fulltime. They’re looking for another female housemate of a similar age that also works or is a mature student. Unfortunately we’re currently not accepting any males or couples.
