Hi all,

Looking to fill a space in our house in Canada Water (can be asap). The room is a double (if you work from home there’s a huge desk in the lounge for you) and plenty of storage space so perfect for someone hybrid working. You will be sharing a bathroom with just one other.

Rent is £805+bills a month and will be starting a new contract, just need to pass references with the agent.

Location is a 7 min walk from the station and close to a big tesco.

Will be living with me and my mate Jack, I work in Canary Wharf and Jack works in the city. We are both partial to a beer on the weekend and like to keep active during the week.

Looking for someone who’s hybrid working/ in the office.

Will of course need to pass all credit checks with the estate agent etc.
