Looking for a replacement flatmate for a furnished cosy double room with a private balcony in a 6-person flat on a canal walkway in Canada Water.

Available from 1st September.
Rent: £980 pcm, bills included.

The room fits a double bed in a bay window nook with a desk area and comes furnished - the chairs on the picture are my own though. Direct access to a small private balcony. Bathroom is shared with one other flatmate, not the whole flat.

Flat: Six people in total sharing a large kitchen with space for a dining table. A weekly cleaner covers all shared spaces.

Location: On a quiet, tree-lined canal walkway in Canada Water. 5 to 10 minutes from Canada Water station, with the Overground/Jubilee line. Surrey Quays shopping centre, and the water sports centre are nearby.

Looking for someone tidy and considerate of shared space.
