Hi! My name's Annie, I am a 22 year old professional looking for a replacement flatmate to move in to my 2 bed flat in South Bermondsey in early September. I have lived here for a year so far and love it! I am ideally looking for someone to stay 1 year plus.

It is a first floor flat in a very peaceful/safe/sleepy area with a large lounge and kitchen. The room is on the smaller side but has a large wardrobe and chest of drawers.

We are walking distance from South Bermondsey station (5 mins) and Bermondsey station (20 mins). We are also walking distance from several big supermarkets, Bermondsey high street and Surrey Quays shopping centre and station.

About me: I do work a lot but I am ideally looking for someone social who also likes their own space. I'm open to both students and young professionals, ideally early 20s too. I am also very clean and considerate and I'd like someone who is the same. I moved to London four years ago for uni but I am originally from Suffolk.

Bills are around £100 - £150 pcm
