The rent is £750 all bills included. The house is professionally cleaned bi-weekly so there is no set rota for cleaning. That being said it is a clean place.

- There are 1.5 bathrooms
- Room comes fully furnished with a desk, chair, double bed, closet, etc.
- 5 minute walk to Bermondsey station
- Sharing with male and female professionals/students in their 20s

The contract is quite flexible with a 3 month minimum stay after which it becomes monthly rolling (2 weeks notice).

The room is ideal for someone who is fairly independent and easy-going :).
