Furnished double room in Bermondsey, bills included.

Available from November 1st.

The room is a well-laid-out and spacious double room. It has 2x built-in wardrobes, so plenty of storage space for clothes and possessions. TV licence for the entire property. The room is provided with a desk and a chair for home working. Broadband is included. A large private balcony accessible only through the room.

Large windows covering one side of the room allow plenty of sunlight, especially during summer.

The kitchen is spacious and has plenty of storage space.

There is a cleaner, approx. £34 per week, split across all housemates (so around £34 per month each)

The existing housemates are all professionals and friendly, welcoming and chilled. They are looking for someone similar.

Viewings are required (online viewings available) - come and meet us and see the room for yourself! :)

Send me a message on Spareroom if you would like to arrange a viewing.

(I have recently cleaned the paving stones on the balcony).
