Hello!

We are looking for a third flatmate for our flat in Bermondsey. There are amazing city views from the room, balcony and huge roof garden. The building also has a gym.

The flat is a 10-minute walk from both Burgess and Southwark Park. South Bermondsey station is about a five-minute walk, which is just one stop away from London Bridge. Bermondsey station is a 15-minute walk away. There are also buses to all over town from Old Kent Road.

Tower Bridge, Borough Market and Maltby Street Market are all within walking-distance, with loads of microbreweries closer to home.

The room is a very large double with an en-suite, and lots of room for a desk. It has a large built-in wardrobe, and is currently furnished with a double bed/mattress and a couple of chest of drawers. We can remove these if you wanted to bring your own stuff.

Owen - Sports journalist, makes a cracking sticky toffee pudding and the best old fashioned this side of Old Kent Road.
