Ya wanna to go to Broadway markets? 8 minute walk. Ya wanna go thrifting in Shoreditch? 10 minute walk. Columbia Road, Dalston, Haggerstone, etc all also 10-20 minute walk away. What about the rest of London? Bethnal Green underground (central line), Hoxton overground (wind rush), and Cambridge Heath overground (mild may) are all 8-12 minute walk away. Not to mention there is a bus stop right out front that goes to Oxford Circus, Victoria or deeper into the bowels of Hackney. If you want East, this is the heart of it.

RENT: Room with counsel is about 760, bills are approx 100 (most likely will increase slightly over winter).
