I am looking for someone to replace me in me lovely flat between Hackney and Bethnal Green, two mins from the canal and about 10 mins from Victoria Park! I’m buying a flat so will be moving out at the end of the month.

The other room is currently empty so you’ll have a say in who you live with too!

The flat is really lovely, it comes with the black sofa in the living room, the table and chairs and wall bracket if needed. Bills are approx £160.

My room also has the bedframe and wardrobe.

You’ll be next door to lovely neighbours and a genuinely good landlord that gets stuff fixed very quickly. It’s a first floor flat and super modern, neutral decor so defo a lovely rental!
