I’m sadly leaving my flat to move in with some friends so am looking for someone to replace me in my flat.

The flat has three bedrooms with a spacious kitchen and bathroom with separate loo.

The room is spacious and furnished with a double bed; chest of drawers; wardrobe and mirror.

You’ll be living with Rachael and Jake both 23 working in marketing and as a law librarian. They’re both super friendly and social people. We love going to the pub and having dinner together but also like our own space.

5 minutes walk to Cambridge Heath overground (weaver line)
10 minutes walk to Bethnal Green station
5 minutes walk to Victoria Park
10 minutes walk to broadway market

Rent = £900 excl bills
Bills = roughly £85 a month

The lease is till the 29th August 2026 with a possibility to extend if wanted. Move in date from 27th January but can be flexible!
