Hi there! We are 3 renters in our mid 20s (25-27) looking to ad a fourth to our tenancy! We love our home in Haggerston- It’s spread over 3 floors+ a ground floor, and your room would be on the first floor. It’s a modern build with super strong double glazing on a friendly residential street, but embedded in the bustle of the city

The area is lovely and we are right between haggerston park and the kingsland road both a minute walk away. In between hoxton and haggerston stations and very short walking distance to broadway market, columbia road, as well as shoreditch and dalston!

About Us:
We are 3+ a small adorable dog called trudy!

Tatiana works as a data scientist (amend) in the biomedical sciences. She’s easygoing but passionate, and makes music as well as playing the flute and piano, and DJing, mostly disco music! She mostly works from home

She is coming back from visiting family in Malaysia this week but looks forward to meeting up with potential housemates when she’s back!

Sachio is an actuarial analyst. He’s kind and sweet and really makes the house a home. Sachio also sometimes works from home

Lukas is an audio recording and mixing engineer- they work in music and film at various studios around the country, but are also working from home often!

We would love to have someone join our home who is kind and clean and will help us look after the house, but also contribute to the house and be a friend. We value good communication and honesty and are looking for someone who shares this value. We are all sociable but take our own quiet time.

We are probably be looking for someone easygoing in their 20s/ early 30s, maybe someone creative? We’d love to arrange some viewings and then talk more to see if it’s a good fit!
