Hello, I am looking for a new flatmate renting a double bedroom in a 2-bedroom flat in Roman Road (E2 0QN) starting 20th September 2027.

The bedroom has a bed, closet, and bed table. The room also has access to a lovely balcony.

The flat is spacious, there’s one shared bathroom and a big living room with kitchen. Bills are not included and amount to approximately to 120£ per month.

I am a 34yo researcher currently finishing my PhD. Looking for a worker or mature student of a similar age who prefers a quiet flat but also a friendly environment and happy to go to the pub from time to time.
