Hi
I'm an artist based in East London looking to sublet the spare room in my flat
The flat is a two-bedroom with a separate kitchen and living room, one bathroom, and is fully furnished throughout. It’s in a great spot—just 3 minutes from Bethnal Green tube station, 10 minutes from Victoria Park, and close to loads of great pubs, cafes, and local shops.

I’m ideally looking for someone who can stay for 2 to 3 months, or if someone need a accommodation in between other plans.

Rent is £1200 per month, all bills included (WiFi, council tax, utilities, etc.).
