We have a bright and spacious double room available in a friendly 4-bedroom flat just off Bethnal Green Road, with easy access to central London and some of East London’s best spots.

The room is fully furnished, with a comfortable double bed, storage and a built-in wardrobe. It gets great natural light and feels calm and airy, ideal if you want a space to relax and unwind.

The flat has a shared kitchen, bathroom and living room, plus a balcony with great skyline views, perfect for a morning coffee or an evening drink!

You’ll be living with three friendly professionals (two girls and one guy, mid-20s). It’s a sociable but relaxed flat, not a party house, but everyone is easygoing, tidy and up for the occasional pub trip or shared meal.

The location is a real highlight; just off Bethnal Green Road and within walking distance of Bethnal Green tube, Columbia Road, Brick Lane, London Fields and Victoria Park.

I’m moving away for a few months, so we’re looking for someone to take over my room from April to October.

Rent is £935/month + bills (approximately £80/month, so around £1015 all-in).
