A really quiet and cool laid back house. we work in the creative industry but we're not really fussed what you do, be it student or professional.

The house is very clean and we have a cleaner every week

two sinks in the kitchen, and eating area
the rooms are very well insulated so when you're in there and close the door you hear hardly anything
all rooms have a desk chair and smart TV
the flat is really warm through out the winter as well which is important :)
