A bright room (15 sqm) is available in great Bethnal Green location, 950 GBP pm with all bills included. The room comes part-furnished with a single bed and cupboard/shelving, though this is negotiable.

You'll be sharing the flat with me, a 40-year-old f with a busy schedule, interested in culture and (left) politics. I enjoy cooking and occasionally eating and having a drink together, but I also really value personal space and quiet time. I’m often abroad for work, so the flat is yours much of the time. This is a clean, respectful household — no parties.

There’s no separate living room, but the kitchen is well sized and has a large table, so it works well for hanging out, or sharing meals.

Ideally looking for someone who works outside of the flat daytime hours and who is after a relaxed, grown-up home. The contract is on a monthly rolling basis, but the room is realistically available longer term.

Viewings are available in person from 3 February. Proper photos will follow — the current images are of the room with single bed/sofa, and the private courtyard of the block, which is a lovely place to sit in spring (hopefully coming soon, it's been too long!!).
