Hi everyone!

We are Magdalena and Clemente, and we have a third room to sublet in our lovely Bethnal Green flat starting now, since unfortunately our last flatmate (Javier) had to go back home to take care of a relative.

Both of us are from Chile, and open to a flatmate from anywhere!

About Clemente:
32-year old gay man who moved to London to make a career pivot. Currently studying a master's at LSE in data science for public policy. Loves playing volleyball, going out for runs, meeting new people and discussing history and politics.

About Magdalena (Mai):
27-year old girl who came to London to study a master's in political economist. Journalist as training, loves engaging in interesting discussion on current events. Besides that, loves yoga, meeting friends and decoration.

About the flat:
We live in a two story flat located between Shoreditch and Bethnal green. We love the are around as there is loads to do: the Columbia Road Flower Market, Brick Lane, Spitalfields, London Fields, etc. It's also very well connected, having access to 5 underground lines (Central, Elizabeth, Circle, Hammersmith & City and District lines) as two overground ones (Weaver and Windrush) within a 10-15 minute walk. The flat is spacious, and has a big common area that includes a kitchen, living/dining room and a balcony. The bed is a small double.

We share some common friends and like to hangout when we have time. While we both have different schedules, we enjoy sharing a meal every now and then. We also hangout outside of the apartment with our friends sometimes. Therefore, we would like the person to move to not be a complete stranger, but rather someone with whom we can create a real and meaningful connection (respecting everyone's personal space, of course!)

The bills are not included in the rent. We split them between the three of us, and usually come around £100 per month (council tax band C).
