hey girls! we are looking for a third flatmate to join us (Yael 26 & myself 27!)

- Room available from 6th March.
- Rent is £1100 per month and is paid on the 21st.
- Bills around £120-140 per month: include Electricity, Switch2 (hot water), WiFi, Thames Water, Council Tax and a fortnightly cleaner for the shared spaces.

Amazing location 5/10 mins walk from Victoria Park, Broadway Market, London Fields.

Transport:
~10/15 mins walk to Bethnal Green station (Central Line)
2 min walk to Overground @ Cambridge Heath

Really spacious room, loads of storage in the flat, 2 bathrooms (1 shower) and a space to keep a bike on the balcony if needed. There's also a shared roof with views of the city.

The flat's vibe is really homely and cosy, we make dinners, watch movies and tv together often, and it's a perfect hosting space. We currently have a mix of wfh and out of the flat, so would be looking for someone similar!

Deposit required (amount is around 1 month worth of rent but will confirm during viewings)
