Sadly I will be leaving this flat and I’m looking for someone to take my room. It's got a double bed, lot of natural light, and a big wardrobe. The flat has a fully furnished kitchen, storage cupboard in hallway, and a separate bathroom and toilet. It doesn't have a living room. It has recently been freshly painted and just a few weeks ago we got a new washing machine.

- (my favourite part) 1 min walk from a Santander cycle point

They are 25-35 year old working professionals. They are looking for a friendly and social person who is very neat and tidy - there is a weekly cleaning rota and this isn't a party house

Bills come to roughly 100 per month, and are sorted via Splitwise. Council tax is band B. The landlady requires 3 months bank statement / reference from previous agency.
