Sharing with a live-in landlord. I am an easy going, professional, 39 years old male. I am tidy and considerate. I enjoy a chat in the evening, and also enjoy my own space. I would prefer a minimum 3 months period, and then a rolling monthly tenancy. But if you have any specific requirements, happy to discuss.
