I'm moving out of this light, spacious room in Bethnal Green and am looking for someone to take on the remainder of my contract, which runs to the end of September.

The room is in what used to be the living room, so it is very roomy, almost feels like a studio at times. Ideal for remote work as there is plenty of space to separate work and play. The whole south wall is basically windows so the room is flooded with light during the day. Very handy for growing plants. It also has a little balcony.

It is on the fourth floor of a tower block in a residential area of Bethnal Green. There are protected bike sheds downstairs for the cyclists out there!

As for transport, Bethnal Green station is a five minute walk away for the Central Line, and Cambridge Heath is a similar distance for the Overground. Columbia Road is just around the corner and the area's full of great pubs and eateries. I've loved my time here and am only leaving as my partner and I are moving in together.

Rent is all inclusive - bills, internet, council tax are all covered - there are no other fees. You would be taking on the rest of my current contract, which runs until the end of September, and I'd be stunning if renewing would be an issue should you want to stay longer.
