hey!! myself and 2 others need someone to sign for a flat in cambridge heath/bethnal green asap. the flat is a great size, <5 min walk to cambridge heath station and <10 mins to bethnal green! it will be available from 18/19 may (but could start a bit earlier if you need). rent will be around £790, council tax band C.
my name is joe, i am 24 years old and currently work fully remote as a software developer. the other 2 flatmates are julia, 25 and kate, 26 who both work in advertising in leicester square. our 4th flatmate dropped out last minute so we are looking for someone to replace them & sign for the property as soon as possible!
