Hello ! We’re looking for a cool, fun, laid-back housemate / friend to take the double room in our home. We’re a 5-minute walk from Bethnal Green, 8-minute walk from Victoria Park, and round the corner from The Camel 🐪 (fun local pub .)
About Us
There are three of us, all 23 - we enjoy cooking, watching films and touching grass. We’ve become good friends and love hosting dinners and drinks!
The Offer
A downstairs double room facing onto our lovely back garden. The house has two bathrooms, a shared living / dining space, washing machine + tumble dryer, air fryer…. Two fridges ? We also have a projector which is great for movie nights!
The costs
£875/month plus bills (around £120/month)
The Location
As mentioned we live super close to Bethnal Greens central line, which makes it super easy to get into the city. We are a short walk from a big Tesco and a big Sainsbury’s. Victoria park is just north of the house, and london fields is only a 20 minute walk away!
Move-in
Move-in would ideally be start of December, but we can discuss if there are any complications around that 🙂↕️🙂↕️
