The kitchen and bathroom are modern and just renovated 5 months ago, making them a great addition to the flat.

You would share the flat with 2 young professionals:
- A 28 y. o. British girl working in Luxury Fashion Events and
-A 30 y. o. Kiwi male working as a Digital Performance Analyst.
We are looking for friendly like-minded persons (ideally professionals in their 20's. early 30's) who can look after the house like their own.

All bills (except Electric) will be included in the rent. Electric will be around £30-£60 per month per person (depending on season)
