The flat is in a great spot-about a five-minute walk to Victoria Park, Regent’s Canal, Bethnal Green Underground, and Cambridge Heath Overground.

The house itself is warm and welcoming, with a separate kitchen and living room, two bathrooms, a music room, and a small front garden. You’d be living with three friendly housemates, Sam, Gauthier, and Oli, who are good friends and often share meals or spend time together, both at home and out and about. You’re very welcome to join in, but there’s no pressure.

Rent is £900 for the month (all bills included), which works out to about £29 per day.
