I am looking for someone to take over my lovely room with an amazing view over the city (especially at night), as I leave town (˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶)
About the room ⊹₊⟡⋆
The room is massive with lots of windows, which means lots of natural sunlight - but stays surprisingly fresh over summer! It comes furnished, just as the pictures show - so if you like playing the piano, that’s a plus! (it’s untuned, but I think it adds charm ahah)
Bills fall around £150 per person, per month (including ALL electricity, water, wifi and council tax - which is band C).
Move in date is the 1st of July and the room will be available for at least 6 months. I am flexible with both move in dates & stay time, so please tell me your situation, we might be able to make it work 🙂↕️
Deposit is £300.

The atmosphere is social but respectful — so, perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of both dinner nights and relaxed, quiet evenings.
