You'd be sharing with myself, Felipe. I'm a 34 year old software engineer who's just coming back from a short period travelling around Spain/Morocco. I don't own the flat but it is in my family, so any issues that arise you can speak directly to me and I can get it sorted. I'm originally from Brazil but grew up in London in the Hackney area. As far as interests, I'm into history, martial arts, movies, books, all the usual things, but have no requirements or preferences whatsoever regarding the flatmate's interests, I'm open to all as long as you are respectful and don't plan to party in the flat. I'm pretty chilled and have shared plenty of flats throughout my time in London, so I'm accustomed to sharing space and being respectful and courteous in these scenarios.
