I’m Milly and I’ve been living in this lovely, fully furnished 3-bed flat in Shoreditch/Haggerston for the past three years. I’ll be moving just down the road for this period, so I’m looking to sublet my double room from 13 March to 5 May.

The room will be completely ready for you to move straight in – wardrobe emptied, clean, and fully furnished.

• Hoxton Overground – 7 mins walk
• Cambridge Heath – 16 mins walk
• Old Street – 20 mins | Liverpool Street – 21 mins walk (all quicker via bus routes 26, 55)
• Shops, parks, cafés, pubs, and great bus links all nearby

Dates & Rent:
• Available: 13 March – 5 May
• Rent is flexible and can be pro-rated if you’re only staying for part of the period
• Example: £450 for 2 weeks (bills included / or bills on top – adjust as needed)

Extra:
• Fully furnished and move-in ready
• If you love the flat, there may be an option to apply through the agent to stay on longer, as the lease ends in May
