In my opinion, the location is amazing:
-5 min walk from the Bethnal Green Central Line station.
-1 block from Bethnal Green Road and very well connected to lots of shops and great pubs, but still super quiet.
-Walking distance to Victoria Park, Broadway Market, London Fields, Brick Lane, and Hackney.

The flat itself is not big, but we have a lovely living room/dining room space, and a balcony overlooking a beautiful council allotment garden.

A bit about me: I’m 34 years old and from California. I’m really chill but social, very respectful of shared spaces, and I like living with creative people. I moved to London for a master's in film directing and ideally, I'd like to find other grad students in order to avoid the council tax. I love running, practicing yoga, surfing, film photography and watching movies. I cook mostly plant-based at home, I don’t smoke, I don’t work from home and I have no allergies.
