• This is not a crowded HMO – there will only be a maximum of me and one other lodger livein with you so you can expect privacy and calm surroundings.
• The room available is a good-sized, bright double with a lovely bay window. It will be furnished ,desk can be included and has just been redecorated.
• The house features a large shared kitchen and living room, washing machine, bath/shower etc.
• Located on a quiet residential road, not far from Bexhill High School, The Downs, and about a 10-minute walk from Bexhill Hospital.
• There’s a little shop at the end of the road, and the high street and local pub/restaurant are within easy walking distance.
• Outside you’ll find a spacious garden, with a large decked area (split into two zones), a patio, and a good-sized grassed area – photos don’t do the space justice.
• Parking is easy – plenty on the street with no permits required, and one off-road parking space at the rear is available if needed.
