I am looking for a tidy female housemate for my furnished ensuite double bedroom. I live with my daughter who is mostly away at University, although she will come home during breaks. We also share our house with our beloved male cat. The room is available on a short term or long term basis, i am flexible.

Our ideal tenant will hopefully have a structured life, preferably with a job or in college. We would prefer someone who enjoys their own space, but is also friendly and sociable. The tenant will have their own television, however, we have two living rooms, and although we mostly use one, we are happy for our tenant to join us as they wish or to use the other living room if preferred.

Please note that there is a strict rule of no guests allowed to stay overnight. This is non negotiable.
