Each room is bright and comfortable, with a large window, full-length mirror, wardrobe, and a private door lock. One overlooks the garden, the other faces the street.

Transport is excellent. The Elizabeth Line at Abbey Wood and direct Southeastern trains from Bexleyheath Station make Central London an easy commute, while the cafes and pubs of Nuxley Village are five minutes on foot.

The location is very quiet and settled. The home is shared with a professional couple, a male working in IT and a female teacher, so we're after a female tenant who'd feel at ease in a family setting. Initial 3 month let with the option to extend if it's working well for everyone. Our 4 year-old stays on a fortnightly basis.
