It only take 2 minutes to the bus stop, and 10 minutes from our house to the train station. Near my house, you can find the supermarket, take-away shop and a lot of second-hand shops easily. In the room, there is wardrobe, computer tables, bed and comfortable mattress . There is a bathroom to share. And there is a big garden in the house.
