Happy for a lodger to be Monday to Friday or full time.
The price includes bills. The pictures show a double bed but I’ve since decided to replace it with a single to free up space for storage. A desk is optional.
I have a small cat so any lodger would have to be non allergic and pro cat :)
Parking is available and there’s a bus which runs every 30 mins into town, cycling takes about 15 min.
I am a sporty type and play a lot of tennis / golf / basketball. Would suit someone looking for a chilled house in a nice community.
