THE ROOM AND THE HOUSE
Large and stylish double room to rent in a lovely modern and clean house. All bills are included, high speed internet, and cleaning too.

The room we offer is very comfortable, spacious and luminous. It has two windows, a desk, a wardrobe and storage space under the bed too.

There is a family bathroom with bathtub to be shared with two more people.

KITCHEN
There is a large kitchen and dining with plenty of fridge and freezer space, storage, dishwasher, microwave and induction hob. There is a also a utility cupboard with washing machine and tumble dryer.

LIVING ROOM
Tastefully furnished lounge area with large TV and comfortable and large sofa. 500Mb broadband throughout the house.

GARDEN
The garden is lovely and offers privacy with the trees. There is a coal barbeque that makes spring and summer evenings fantastic.

PARKING
Parking in the street is easy and free, no parking permit needed. There is plenty of nearby on-street parking.

THE AREA
The house is situated in Kingsmere, 10 minute walk from Bicester Village, and 15 minutes from Bicester Village's train station. The park and ride is also very close, less than 10 minute walk. And the center of town is a short 20 minute walk. Within the state, there are lots of green areas, a community centre, a running track, a Coop and a Dominoes, all at 5 minute walk from the house. There is a big Tesco supermarket, a McDonalds, a David Lloyds gym, and a Garden Centre within 15 minute walk. Easy access to A41, A34 and M40.

OTHER DETAILS
The price is inclusive of water, gas and electricity, and council tax. High speed internet and bi-monthly cleaning is included in the cost.

A deposit of £900 is to be paid to reserve the room. This is fully refundable at the end of the tenancy, provided no damage has been done in the room or house, and the contract has not been breached. No agent's fee.

THE TENANT
We are looking for someone that is respectful, clean and tidy. Someone that is happy to share the family bathroom with two more people.

We do not allow parties or any relatives/friends/partners staying overnight.
