Close to industrial estates. Easy access to busses on the quayside. Co-op, Morrisons, Asda, Tesco’s, Lidl & Aldi close by.

5 min walk to the SW coastal path
10 min drive to the lovely Westward Ho! beech, Appledore, Instow beech.

Loft room: Double bed, wardrobe, bedside table with drawers, desk, lamp, TV.

I would welcome a responsible, friendly lodger who can clean and tidy up after themselves. Working professional preferred. Longer term let ideally, short term lets will be considered. References required.
