• High-speed internet and TVs (including all sports and films) are available in both the living room and kitchen. The house is well-equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, air fryer and various other kitchen essentials.
• Located just a 2-minute walk from a Biggleswade high street which includes all necassary shops and entertainment. The high street includes 5 pubs, numerous popular coffee shops and restaurants of all cuisines. It also includes essentials such as dentists, doctors and pharmacies and hosts a market every Tuesday and Saturday morning.
The property is also a 1 minute walk from Aldi.

The room can be offered furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference. You’ll have access to all areas of the property, apart from the master bedroom and third bedroom which is being used as a guest room / office.

About Me:
I’m a tidy, easy-going professional. Social by nature, but rarely host gatherings. During the week, I work from the office 2-3 days and spend the rest working from a desk in my bedroom. Evenings in are often spent cooking nice meals and watching TV or sports, when they’re on. However, I typically spend at least 3 weeknights staying at my girlfriend’s house.
At weekends, I’m usually out and about doing something at least 1 of the days and often stay out.
I take pride in keeping the house noticeably clean and tidy (but I’m not uptight about it). Currently, I do a full clean of the house every Friday.
I don’t have any consistent hobbies but enjoy trying new things and am open to anything.
While I’m compatible with smokers, there’s no smoking allowed indoors but you are more than welcome to smoke in the garden.

Additional Information:
• I have several holidays booked, so there will be times when you’ll have the property to yourself.
• The most important thing for me is building a relationship of compatibility and trust with whoever moves in.
