Hi, I'm looking to rent out my spare bedroom in my house, and hoping to find someone I gel with to prevent me going loopy talking to the cat.

The house is in close location to Bingley town centre and a short 10 minute walk to the train station. There's a bus stop round the corner, and if you drive you can be straight on the A650 towards Bradford/Skipton in seconds. It's all on-street parking, but you can usually grab a spot close to the house.

The room doesn't have an en-suite however you will have the house bathroom to yourself 99% of the time, so it's almost an en-suite? Currently it's just me and the cat, who will be more than happy to have a fuss, so a cat person would be great.

I'm looking for someone clean and tidy who is respectful of the house and it's contents. My days of partying till 3am and rocking in to work the next day are behind me, so I'm not looking for someone who is coming back after closing time at the pub each evening making a racket climbing upstairs. More than happy to socialise in the evenings, play some Boardgames, put the world to rights, but if you'd rather keep to yourself that's fine too.
