Hi everyone!

I am looking for a FULL TIME UCL STUDENT to take over my private double room in a 3 person flat in Urbanest St. Pancras.

It's a quite modern and has tons of storage, modern appliances, dishwasher, big fridge and freezer, laundry facilities in the building. I am moving out to live with a friend from home.

Its a great location, just 10 minute walk from Kings Cross, Camden, and right next to Coal Drops Yard. Plus has very easy canal access which is great for walking and running.

The rent is £325 per week everything included, with a tenancy that ends September 12, 2026. It is available any time.

Ideally looking for a female, and has to be a full time UCL student according to my lease!
