Seeking a like-minded sister to share my cosy, peaceful home in the heart of Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter.

Offering a spacious double bedroom with access to your own bathroom and parking.

A little about me: I’m a Muslim professional in my thirties, working full-time for the Trust as a Psychologist. I work long hours at times, so I’m very private, independent and very much a homebody. I’m friendly, down to earth and easy-going, but I do enjoy my peace and personal space. When I’m not working, you’ll most likely find me enjoying a rather committed love affair with my bed ha.

My home is my little sanctuary, filled with natural light, plants and a warm, homely atmosphere. I openly and honestly invite you into my home with great trust and respect, and pray you too have aligned values.

Cleanliness, privacy and mutual respect are particularly important to me, I am not OCD but if you’re found washing your feet in the kitchen sink, it’s a no from me ha.

Ideally, I’m looking for a relaxed, clean, considerate and easy-going female housemate who values her own independence and appreciates a calm, peaceful living environment. Someone who takes pride in keeping shared spaces clean and tidy, respects personal boundaries and treats the home with care.

This is a halal household (no alcohol, pork or men). You don’t have to be Muslim; vegetarian or vegan sisters who are comfortable with a halal home are equally welcome.

I’d love for us both to feel completely at home, enjoying our own space and routines and of course open to the occasional friendly chat or cup of tea, In sha Allah.
