A fantastic, large and spacious double room suitable for female young professional (or postgrad). We are looking for a friendly, twenty something female to share with three other friendly, sociable female housemates in a nicely presented house that is kept very clean and tidy by the other housemates.
The room is a large and spacious double room. it is a pleasant, light, bright and airy room that Is nicely decorated and well furnished. The room is nicely decorated and furnished to a good standard with lots of wardrobes, sofa and a full size double bed. There is also a workspace which is ideal for working from home. The room has a private ensuite with a really nice shower and a WC.
A second room will be available at the end of July. This is a standard double room that is nicely decorated and well furnished to a good standard with lots of wardrobe and storage space.
The house is in a great location. Stirchley/bournville is a nice, safe, greener residential area of Birmingham with excellent links to town It is very close to shops, parks and local amenities. Stirchley is more vibrant....with lots of new and interesting places.. independent shops, Restaurants, micro breweries; Pubs, bars and cafes. Bournville is a little quieter/prettier with lots of parks and open spaces.
The house has excellent transport links. it is a 2 minute walk to Bournville train station, which has a frequent/quick/reliable service to the city center and beyond. it is just 12 minutes to Newstreet so ideal for working in the city center.. It is also close to main bus routes, just few minutes walk to the Pershore road. for a cyclist there is secure cycle storage (and access to some good cycle routes)
The house is ideally situated for working at Cadbury or working/studying at the university or the QE /woman’s hospitals
In addition to secure cycle storage there is a pleasant and well maintained back garden that points in the right direction to get sunshine.
The house is nicely presented, it is a pet free, no smoking house, that is kept clean and tidy by the housemates. The house has the benefit of a large and spacious lounge and separate Kitchen. It is a large, fully equipped kitchen, which has lots of storage, lots of fridge/freezer space, drier, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave etc, etc).
The rent includes all Bills including, TV broadband and council tax.
