I'm renting a double bedroom in my house.
The house is newly furnished and recently renovated so it's clean and modern. The house benefits from dishwasher, oak flooring, underfloor heating, new carpet, spacious bathroom with a huge bath and shower combined. The room is curently unfurnished, but if needed i can provide basic brand new furniture. Located in a very quiet nice place with a beautiful lake at arms length for nice walks.
Shop and bus stops are a 2 minute walk away, 15 minutes from the city centre by car and 20-30 minutes by bus (number 7 bus)
I do have a cute little dog and we don't spend much time at home as we normally sleep at my other property so the house is not used a lot by us.
