My children (16 and 18) live with me part time, I work full time and my two cats come and go as they please.

The house is in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood, close to shops, cafes and bars with excellent public transport links. We are close to two beautiful parks, and walking distance to the MAC in Cannon Hill Park.

The room would suit a post-grad, academic, or professional.

You would have full use of the kitchen and open plan living space, and use of the main bathroom (which is exclusively yours every other week), laundry room, utility and garden. The room also has a flat screen TV with access to all the usual free to view channels (you have the option of adding your own Netflix, etc, if wanted).

There is full fibre broadband and rent includes all bills, but not council tax.
