Can you provide support and companionship to an older lady in these isolating times?

This lovely home is in Kingstanding, Birmingham and comes as part of a Two Generations Homeshare, in which you will commit to approx. 10 hours per week of help in the home.

The current homeowner is a very friendly lady in her 80's. She loves Caribbean food and previously worked as a carer. She is bedbound and is looking for some companionship and the reassurance of an overnight presence in her home.

She would like someone who can help to prepare and share some meals, can do some food shopping and most importantly, offer some evening companionship.

The ideal sharer will be a female, working full or part time, but should have some time in the evenings to have a chat together. They should ideally enjoy cooking Caribbean food and have a positive and calming personality.

The sharer has a single room with space for a double bed and access to a private bathroom. The sharer is welcome to use the rest of the home including the kitchen, lounge and garden.
